Last week we celebrated the opening of the Little Me shop inside Lord & Taylor in Manhattan. You all know I am a big fan of Little Me and their fashion for small children so I was super excited about this. The shop is pretty big and you can find Layette as well as toddler sizes for your kids. Not only can you purchase awesome clothes you can also get accessories and necessities like blankets.
The event was super fun. Although it was a rainy Saturday in the City, they definitely made it worth it to come check it out. The Easter bunny was taking pictures with the kiddos. There were also cake pops by Fabi-Pops, raffles and a table with goodies like the Little Me stuffed bear.
The kids also enjoyed story time with I See Me books. And the BEST part, for every purchase the brand would donate the same outfit to Baby Buggy. It was great to be able to buy great items yet give some back to those who need it.
We were also able to engrave my little girl’s blanket, which is perfect because she doesn’t have any personalized item, so now she has a super soft Little Me blanket with her name and cute ballerina slippers.
This event was tons of fun and it was not just for the kids, moms were treated to make-overs by Bobbi Brown make-up artists and super healthy juices by Liquiteria.
I can’t wait to visit again. The variety of fashions is incredible and seriously if you haven’t felt how soft their clothes are, here’s your chance! You have a chance to win an outfit! Here is the official entry! So comment and tell me which is your favorite outfit from their Spring collection?
DISCLAIMER: I was invited to the event as part of the media. All opinions and pictures are my own.
hiking in the hills
That sounds nice! Any favorite spots? Or do you adventure to different trails?
I live near Griffith Park in LA and there are fantastic trails there that lead up to the most amazing views
Wao. We’ve never visited LA must add it to a must see!
planting flowers!
Which are your favorite flowers? Over here we have some wild rose bushes and tulips. I’ve tried growing other stuff but no luck!
We like to go fishing
That’s awesome! Sounds like a lot of fun.
I love taking my kids strawberry picking in the spring.
FUN! Any advice for when we go?
It’s a photo opp outing and I treasure the pics I get that day every year. I always try to go on a day that’s not too sunny…just a little cloudy. That way the kids won’t be squinting when I take their pictures. Also, I always try to coordinate their outfits with the scenery…my sons usually wear green and I buy my daughter a strawberry shirt in the weeks before we go.
I do almost the same thing when we go to the same farm for pumpkin picking, except my kids wear orange and green.
I like to go on nature walks.
What do you look forward too? What makes me go on walks is the smell of nature.
I like walking at the park.
Do you have a favorite park you always go to or different ones? I try to switch it up just for the kids.
We go on a walk every evening-my favorite!
Walks are so relaxing!
Going to the park
Walks, picnics, playgrounds! Parks are definitely the place to be!
Now that I live in the states, where actually you can see the season changes, I’m looking forward to do some gardening with my son and taking hikes on a neighborhood trail nearby. Anything outdoorsy will do after been locked up for winter
Karen, I can totally understand how you feel. Spring is amazing time to garden. Tulips are awesome to plan and they keep coming every year!
Hiking! Also we go to the zoo a lot in spring 🙂
Don’t you love the zoo! It’s like easy entertainment for the kids and it can even be a workout for us!
Gardening Is My Favorite Spring Time Activity.
I’ve been jogging with our stroller at some trails nearby. So fun!
We like to go on walks and run around in the yard when it’s nice out.
We go to the park to have a picnics, and go to different festivals too!
I get excited that yard sales will be starting again and I enjoy walking with my grand kids.
My favorite are Easter egg hunts!
