This Jeep Brand Scout Umbrella Stroller is seriously the best value for stroller I’ve seen in a very long time. This stroller has a lot of features that provide convenience for the child and the parent. The stroller is available at Walmart and comes in two colors pink and teal. I received the teal for a review and i was so impressed. At first, I was skeptical of a stroller that was so affordable, but I know it’s by Delta and I love their quality. Delta is known for their high safety standards.
When I opened the stroller, I put it together. It came with the cup holder and rain cover. The stroller is an umbrella type and very light, which is perfect for quick runs to the store and in and out the car. I’ve used it more for school drop off and pick ups because it handles the city terrain pretty well.

Another feature I really liked was the tall canopy that fits all 3 of my kids and doesn’t rub off their heads and it also reclines so the kids can be comfortable. The harness is also padded. Not only was I impressed with the quality and sturdiness of this stroller, I was also impressed with the performance. I took it to the farm, and around the city and the double tires really help the stroller maneuver beautifully. The positioning of the handles was also amazing since I am much shorter than my husband, so we were both able to make it suit our height better. It has a straight compact fold with fits anywhere. I do wish it had a carry handle.
All in all for less $80 this stroller is 5 stars. And you can rest easy knowing that the company behind it, Delta, puts extra care into their products, making it an even more valuable stroller. This is a keeper for me and compared to some of the $200 strollers this one really stands out.

Thanks for your review! We’re looking for a new stroller that’s more durable than a basic umbrella stroller but less bulky than our sit/stand stroller. I love the extra storage options & cup holder this ones offers but isn’t as pricey as other brands.
We plan to buy 2 since we have a 15 mo old & almost 3 yr old. I have a couple questions: does the seat recline back far enough to change a diaper or if our kids get sleepy? Also, are the handles talk enough for my 6′ tall husband to push? His biggest complaint with our basic umbrella strollers is he has to hunch over to push them.
The best part is that the handle bars are pretty high up. I’m 5’6″ and the handles almost reach my upper torso when twisted up. My husband is 5’11” and he thought the handle bars were pretty high for taller people. I have to say, best bet is to try it at a store. But honestly for the price this is a really good stroller. I was very impressed with it! It reclines pretty far to change a diaper, but is not a flat recline.
I just purchased this tonight 🙂 and I’m very excited to use it. I love that it reclines so my baby can ride in it comfortably she is almost three months old now and we needed something light weight and easy to transport as we will be using for trips to the zoo and vacation too. Not really impressed by the cup holder for parents and lack of one for children but I have add ons that I purchased for a different stroller when my oldest daughter was a baby so not a big deal. But obviously it’s an umbrella stroller so some sacrifices are expected. But for the price it’s worth it, it’s just as nice as some of the more expensive similar models. I’d recommend it to anyone.
