How do we keep our little ones warm in the cold and long winter days?? Well of course with a JJ Cole Bundle Me. If you don’t know what a Bundle Me is, let me explain. It is a cover/blanket that you can attach to the stroller or car seat and it acts as a blanket. It is by far the simplest, most useful piece of baby gear you will use in cold weather. We recently used it for the first time this season to visit the pumpkin patch!
To use it, you take the elastic and put it around the stroller seat or car seat. Then, take the velcro and pass the straps around. And that’s it. There are different types of Bundle Me, from all fleece ones to the Urban, which, is my favorite because it is water-resistant on the outside but still warm fleece on the inside. I also like that if it gets to warm, you can remove the blanket and keep the liner! Keeping it simple, by not having to remove the whole thing. It also has positions for shoulder straps and two settings for the 5th point.
The Bundle Me also comes in two sizes, infant and toddler. I love the flexibility of being able to move the Bundle Me from car seat to stroller or from different strollers. The other genius characteristic is that it has a zipper so nothing is going to be falling of the stroller, and no blanket is going to be blown away. There are also pockets in the front, which is where I keep extra mittens.
I really like that you can also put more blankets inside if your child needed more blankets. The Bundle Me is pretty thick and warm and I haven’t needed extra blankets inside but it’s just good to know you have the room to do that. Honestly I don’t know what we would do without our Bundle Me’s! The colors are beautiful and they are super practical! Even my very tall 4-year-old loves to get cozy in the Bundle Me. This is definitely a staple baby/kid item that every parent MUST have! As you can see it has a lot of durability since it grows with the kids! Go get one! You won’t regret it.
