A couple of weeks ago I was able to get a night off from the kids, so what better way to celebrate than enjoying a mom’s night out? Well luckily for me Appletots in the Hudson Valley were hosting the best moms night out ever, so I set that as my destination. It took me 45 minutes to get there from NYC, which is not terrible and it was so much fun that it was worth it. When I got there I received raffle tickets for some awesome prizes. Some of the prizes were a Britax B-Ready stroller and tickets to go check out the Blue Man Group (which I was lucky enough to win!!).
Of course no mom’s night out would be complete without wine or coffee, so the lovely ladies from Appletots provided both. Along with some pasta and cookies. The evening was full of mingling and checking out the vendors. The Jamberry representative was applying some nail art. Some of the other vendors included, Origami Owl and Thirty-One bags. Kickety Split, which is a great active wear clothes line for girls, and The Orange Rhino.
This was such a fun event! The best part it was FREE!!! And the second best thing? There were goodie bags involved. I will definitely be checking out the next Appletots Mom’s Night Out. If you are in the NY area, don’t think about it twice. I even got to hang out with Jenn Weedon Palazzo from Mom Cave TV, which is a hysterical YouTube channel for moms. So yeah, check it out, get your fellow mamas together and crash the next Mom’s Night Out!
